Tips for your journey
We do our utmost to ensure that your trip runs smoothly.
- Choose loose-fitting and comfortable clothing.
- Arrive early at the airport to give yourself enough time to reach the boarding area.
- Drink regularly during the flight and avoid carbonated beverages.
- Move around frequently, and feel free to do small exercises to stimulate blood circulation.
- Remember to wear compression stockings or tights to be more comfortable and facilitate blood circulation.
- If you take medication regularly, be sure to pack it in your cabin baggage along with your doctor’s prescription.
- If traveling to a destination with a time difference of more than 3 hours, adjust your sleep schedule by lengthening or shortening your nights in the days leading up to the trip. Exposure to natural light as soon as you arrive will help you recover more quickly from jet lag. Taking a sleeping pill during the flight is not recommended.
If you need or wear specific medical devices (pacemaker, prosthesis, medical treatment, etc.), you may be required to show proof (medical certificate, prescription in your name, etc.) to airport staff at security checkpoints.
