My baggage in transit in Paris

Hand baggage If you have have a connecting flight with another airline, please consult their website, as baggage rules may differ. Please follow the strictest guidelines for all flights in your trip.

Your checked baggage

If all your flights are under a single booking and ticket number, you will be able to collect your checked baggage at your final destination, except in the special cases described below. If you purchased your tickets separately, you must collect your checked baggage and check it in again for your connecting flight.

Special cases In the cases listed below, you need to collect your baggage when you land in Paris. Follow the Exit and Baggage signs.

Train connection

Once you have collected your baggage, head towards the train station.

Change of airport

Once you have collected your baggage, head towards the exit, to the taxi stand or public transit. At your connecting flight's airport, head to your next flight's check-in counter.

Animal in the hold

Once you have collected your animal and baggage, head to your flight's check-in counter.

Collecting your checked baggage If you would like to collect your baggage before your final destination, please head to an Air France counter at the airport to check if this is feasible. You will be charged 400 euros, regardless of the number of baggage items, your travel cabin, or reason stated.
