How much are booking fees for group tickets?
How do I take advantage of internet discount codes?
Simply enter the discount code you received by e-mail into the designated field of the booking engine. The ticket price will be lowered by the amount of the discount. These discount code are not valid on certain airfrance.com websites.
Are options refundable?
Options are non-refundable. However, you can transfer your options to another flight.
Are taxes refundable?
If part or all of your ticket has not been used, you may be eligible for a tax refund. This depends on:
- The type of ticket (refundable or not, one-way or return),
- The ticket price,
- Regulations in the country of purchase.

Are service fees refundable?
Service fees are not refundable.
Where can I find information about the "mobility passport"?
The "mobility passport" is intended for students from French overseas departments and territories who are studying in metropolitan or overseas France*. It provides one roundtrip ticket for the academic year. For more information, contact the French overseas mobility office (LADOM). * In case of nonexistent or insufficient networks in their home department or interzone.
With the Weekend Pass fare, am I allowed checked baggage?
With the Weekend Pass, you benefit from services included in your ticket fare.
Do you offer special honeymoon deals?
We do not offer special discounts for honeymoon vacations. To take advantage of the best rates applicable to all cabins, you can consult our current promotions, which are available:

- on the mobile site and via the Air France app,
- by downloading the Air France Best Offers iPhone app. You can stay informed in real time!

Is a special rate available for the repatriation of a relative's remains?
Air France does not offer special fares for the death of a relative, but many insurance policies will cover air transportation costs in this situation. For more information, contact your insurance company or travel insurance provider, or check your debit or credit card's insurance policy.
Can I request a refund for the value of an electronic voucher?
Your e-voucher specifies whether it is refundable or not. To receive a refund, you can either fill in the refund request form online or contact Air France customer service using the "Contact us" section of our website. Please note: if your e-voucher indicates that it was issued under European regulations, you can exchange it for a non-refundable voucher of a higher value. To do this, please contact Air France customer service using the "Contact us" section of our website.
Am I eligible for an Air France discount?
You may be eligible for a reduced fare on Air France flights if:
- you are between 12 and 24 years of age. You can purchase reduced fares that allow changes and refunds for all of our destinations in metropolitan France and on our international routes,
- you are a student (up to 26 years old), senior (65 years old and over), or family traveling in metropolitan France.
In addition, children under 12 years old receive special reductions, and infants under 2 years can travel on an adult's lap at no extra charge. To travel at the lowest fare all year long, choose the Light price ticket for flights in the Economy cabin in France and Europe. If you prefer a fully flexible ticket, choose the Flex price.
Can I cancel my insurance after purchasing my ticket?
When you subscribe to an insurance policy, you have the right of cancellation (as stipulated in articles L112-2-1 and L112-10 of the French Insurance Code). This right applies to comprehensive insurances as well as distance sales. You can find further details and terms about the cancellation process in the general conditions of your insurance policy.
