Where can I find my Flying Blue number ?
On the Flying Blue login page, you'll find instructions on what to do if you forget your Flying Blue number. Your number also appears in the e-mails you receive from Flying Blue.
How do I request a new Flying Blue card?
All Flying Blue members can see their virtual card at any time via their Flying Blue space or the Air France or KLM apps. If you are an Elite or Elite Plus member (Silver, Gold or Platinum), you can request a new plastic card by contacting customer service. Explorer members will not receive a plastic card but can print or download their card at any time from their Flying Blue account.
How do I access to my digital Flying Blue card?
You can always find your digital card in your Flying Blue space or the Air France application. If you have an iPhone, you can also download your digital card with Apple Wallet. Head over to your Flying Blue space with your iPhone and click on Add to Apple Wallet. This way, you'll always have your card with you, even without an Internet connection.
What should I do if my account is blocked?
For security reasons, your account will be blocked after 3 unsuccessful login attempts. Here's how you can unblock it.
- Click on My account (top right corner of your screen) then on Forgot password.
- Enter your e-mail address.
- Answer the secret question.
In the next few minutes, you will receive an e-mail that contains a temporary password. Please modify this password during your next login. Please note that the temporary password will be sent to the e-mail address linked to your account. This address may differ from the one you provide here. If you do not receive the e-mail or you encounter any other difficulties, please contact our agents by telephone or live chat.
How can I make changes to my personal information in my Flying Blue account?
You can modify your telephone number or e-mail in your Flying Blue account. All you need to do is log in and go to the Personal Information section of your profile. If you need to modify your name, title, date of birth, or e-mail address, be it to correct an error or change your status, simply send a message to Flying Blue customer service. Please log into the Flying Blue website and use the contact form (located in the FAQs & Contact us section). You may be asked for proof of your identity (copy of ID, French family booklet...).
Why must I change the password for my Air France or Flying Blue account?
Why do I need to change my password? We make every effort to keep your personal data secure. To ensure your data remains secure, we need to strengthen our password format at times. Therefore, you may have to change your Air France or Flying Blue password. What do I need to do? The next time you log in to your account, please create a new password containing the following:
- Between 8 and 12 characters.
- At least 1 upper case letter, 1 lower case letter and 1 number.
- Special characters (@ $ & + - / # _ ? !) are permitted.
How can I end my Flying Blue membership?
We are sorry to hear that you wish to leave Flying Blue. Please send us an e-mail with your request. Your Flying Blue membership will end on the day of your request. Starting from this date, you will have 6 months to use your remaining Miles.
